Once your Performance Audit is complete, we offer a range of customizable follow-up services during and following the Builder Repair Period, which may include:

Reviewing newly available construction documentation.

Meeting with Property Management and the Board to clarify priorities, budgets, and background information.

Periodic review and commentary on the Performance Audit Tracking Summary (PATS), including selective or full reassessment of deficiencies.

Conducting site re-inspections to confirm the adequacy of repairs or verify outstanding issues.

Coordinating specialized investigations, such as destructive or swing-stage reviews, material testing, or component-specific inspections to support or strengthen warranty claims.

Attending Common Element or Board meetings with stakeholders, including Tarion and the developer, to facilitate resolution.

Our engineers have extensive experience negotiating settlements with developers. We can provide estimates of probale costs for outstanding items and help protect the interests of the Board and Condominium Corporation.

Assisting with conciliation preparation and attendance, defending findings based on code violations, Tarion guidelines, or specification non-compliance.

Providing technical support for litigation or appeals, including LAT or civil proceedings, when required.
